Online Faculty Development Program
The Online Faculty Development Program (FDP) is designed to equip the participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively deliver training programs. The objectives of this program are to enhance the quality of the training, improve the effectiveness of trainers and ensure that the learning objectives are optimally realized. Through this program, trainers will develop knowledge and skills in Direct Trainer Skills, CBC Accreditation Process, Behavioural Competencies of an Effective Trainer, Delivery of an Engaging Session, etc. The training program aims to build a team of skilled and confident trainers who can deliver effective training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its leaders. .
